We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to identify operational and process improvement opportunities and manage all phases of capital projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or other related engineering discipline, and a minimum of three to five years of related experience.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
- Must be located in or around the Green Bay area
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or other related engineering discipline
- Minimum of three to five years of related experience
- Lean/Six Sigma methodologies experience preferred
- Prior experience with conveyors, bottling equipment, fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, box erectors, case packers, etc. a plus
- Project management experience with capital projects as they relate to new equipment, systems, and processes from project conception through completion required
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar computer design programs required
- Knowledge of DCS (Digital control systems), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), computer programming, and integration of PLCs into server systems for the purpose of data acquisition or data transfer a plus
