Team Lead Retail / B2B - Remote (m/w/d)

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Key Account Management in the FMCG, OTC, pharmacy or organic trade sector
• Strong in commercials and analytics, master sales and contribution analyses, action calculations, promo ROI calculations, and forecasting
• Leadership experience, especially in team building, recruiting, and coaching
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Experience with ERP and shop systems (e.g. JTL or Shopify) as well as with BI tools
• Travel readiness of about 20 to 30 percent
