Job Description
Nautilus is seeking an Associate Director, Support to join their team, focusing on post-commercialization support for their Proteomic Analysis System. The role involves overseeing technical and service support for customers, enhancing product performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a leader with strong communication, technical, and management skills.
Requirements
- Support the formulation and implementation of a global product support strategy.
- Direct technical support teams in managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue escalation processes.
- Oversee field service operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to integrate customer feedback.
- Supervise post-market surveillance activities and manage complaint handling.
