Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in a high performing biotechnology organization
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role
- PhD in Bioinformatics or a related field
- Proven track record of leading many bioinformatics teams to success on very complex projects
- Demonstrated experience partnering with scientists developing novel biochemical approaches or assays
- Fluency in a wide variety of statistical analysis skills, data processing and visualization approaches, programming languages and environments, biological experimental techniques
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
