As a Delivery Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative support to executives and senior management, facilitating efficient scheduling operations. You will also support process improvements for Nava's Delivery Organization and perform various administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Experience interfacing with executives and managing their schedules
- Experience utilizing G-Suite or other scheduling software
- Fluency with Mac
- Understanding of how to gather the context required to make progress
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
- Experience working in operations roles at a professional services organization
- Experience supporting software delivery teams in an operational role
- Ability to build and form strong relationships with both the internal team and external vendors
- Highly organized, resourceful, reliable, and detail oriented approach
