Process Automation Capability Lead (Hybrid) - Must be Eligible for Gov't Clearance

Navaide is seeking a Process Automation Capability Lead to build, scale, and lead process automation capability across federal and defense clients, responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, developing talent and playbooks, and driving growth through differentiated offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology delivery
• Demonstrated leadership building and scaling technical teams or practices
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as: UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps), or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and process automation lifecycle
• Experience delivering solutions in federal or regulated environments
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
