Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Join our Global Sales Compensation team as a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst. Administer compensation plans, commission calculations, and monthly payouts. Develop proficiency with the ICM tool and drive the resolution of commission inquiries.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sales compensation / commissions
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and end-to-end process management skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
• Familiarity with ICM tools, prior experience with CaptivateIQ a plus
