Field Service Coordination Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Coordination Engineer to organize service attendances through our global service network, participate on shifts, and support engineers while on board following system’s requirements.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Telecommunications or equivalent
• Experience in customer support
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
• IT skills in the area of Microsoft domain, Storage systems (NAS)
• Good understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Fulfilled military obligations
