Job Description
Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Contracts Director in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex federal contracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies, and developing contracting strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in federal contracts management
- Direct experience with DOE contracts is required
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DEAR, and government procurement regulations
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
- US citizenship is required
