Job Description
NAVEX is seeking a highly skilled Associate Lead Product Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of research expertise and design prowess, capable of conducting both generative and evaluative research while excelling in designing enterprise SaaS software solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS software product design
- Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams
- Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, user surveys, remote moderated user testing and unmoderated testing
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing and rapid prototyping
- Experience with user research and testing platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of information architecture principles
- Experience working with established design systems
