Requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Product Designers while remaining a hands-on contributor
- Coach team on design principles and best practices, helping prioritize work, and ensuring the team meets or exceed expectations
- Conduct comprehensive mixed-method user research
- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
- Contribute to our design system
