Market Sales Executive

The Market Sales Executive works within a sales team to close wellness program new account sales through a multi-channel approach focusing on partner relationships.

Requirements

• Identify, develop, prospect, and engage health plans, TPAs, PBMs, and other payor organizations to generate new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers, including medical directors, network development, population health, and product teams
• Present and promote Navigate Wellbeing Solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor messaging and sales assets for the payor segment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
