Job Description
Navion of Shelby, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a Resident Care Team Member for personal care-related roles. This part-time position involves providing high-quality resident care and support in a cutting-edge Assisted Living Community, with every other weekend shift. They utilize an innovative mobile app called Tapcheck to pay their team members directly.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and team work abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in resident's best interest
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Competent organization and time management skills
