Life Enrichment Coordinator (Memory Care) - Carolina Reserve of Durham

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join its team. The role is responsible for the Daily Life Enrichment program for Memory Care residents and requires an experienced leader who can engage residents daily.

Requirements

• At least one year of job-related supervisory experience
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability to train and motivate volunteers and fellow team members
• Knowledge of local state and federal regulations pertaining to resident care and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
