Resident Care Aide (Full-Time)(1st Shift) - Carolina Reserve of Durham

Carolina Reserve of Durham is seeking a Resident Care Aide to provide high-quality resident care and support in an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. The Resident Care Aide will assist residents with activities of daily living, prepare residents for meals and activities, and maintain required resident care documentation.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED accepted
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
• Competent in organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills
