Requirements
- Perform incoming inspections on DRP Gen 2 and 6T parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual standards
- Develop inspection documentation, including checklists, work instructions, and acceptance criteria
- Log inspection data into Smartsheet, ERP, or other designated quality systems
- Review inspection results with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to identify trends or recurring issues
- Assist in establishing standardized inspection workflows, sampling plans, and templates
- Support nonconforming material handling and supplier quality processes as needed
- Participate in problem-solving, root cause discussions, and corrective action verification
- Maintain organized records and ensure traceability of incoming material evaluations
- Provide weekly progress updates to the Quality Manager
- Practice safe work habits and report unsafe conditions to leadership
- Ensure punctuality, reliability and acceptable attendance
- Follow Company Policies and Quality System Processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
