Navitus is seeking a Client Services Executive to develop long-term account strategy for assigned clients, identify up-sell and expansion opportunities, and ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area
- Valid State Driver's License & Automobile Insurance Policy
- At least 3 years of experience interfacing directly with complex clients in healthcare
- Strong team orientation, commitment to sales, and client service
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet
