Manager, Implementation HP/Strategic Client

Navitus is seeking a Manager, Implementation HP/Strategic Client to join their team. The Manager will be responsible for the co-development of long-term implementation and project management strategy for new clients, building relationships with clients, and supporting projects including client transition efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area
• 6+ years of experience with client-facing management responsibilities in healthcare implementations
• Experience in PBM industry preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading and/or mentoring team members
• Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, EGWP, and Exchange programs preferred
• Experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience supporting cross-functional and/or process improvement projects
