Job Description
The Workforce Intelligence (WFI) team within Contact Center Operations (CCO) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist Summer Associate to work on projects driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This internship focuses on data modeling, analytics, and developing solutions for employee retention, FTE/contractor ratio optimization, scenario simulations, and optimizing MSR shift preferences. The program is 12 weeks in May and August 2026.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and EDA.
- Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Write code in Python and SQL.
- Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
