Job Description
Digital Payments, a division of Savings & Membership, is seeking a Summer Associate to work within their Operations group. The role involves analyzing data, optimizing processes, and supporting the Navy Federal's focus on providing secure, scalable, and transparent money movement experiences. This is a 12-week internship program focused on identifying operational opportunities and contributing to a streamlined operational structure. Students will be expected to bridge strategy with operations and connect the data to business trends.
Requirements
- Assess current Digital Payments Operations organizational structure against future strategies.
- Analyze data and industry best practices to identify production optimization and fraud/scam identification opportunities.
- Understand Navy Federal business dependencies and how Digital Payments strategies affect support operations.
- Develop recommendations for team formations, reporting, and communication.
- Analyze findings from data analysis and present them to management.
