Job Description
The Summer Associate Internship (Operations Strategist) is an 12-week program supporting the planning and strategic operations of the Employee Communications function. The role focuses on improving content management processes, ensuring content is accessible and AI-ready for future innovations. Students will work on impactful projects and learn from experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Audit and organize content repositories (intranet, SharePoint).
- Develop and document governance processes for content lifecycle management.
- Analyze workflows and identify process improvements.
- Support AI integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Create dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Participate in operational planning discussions.
