We are looking for a Development Engineer Complaints Management responsible for handling customer complaints, analyzing complex technical issues, and coordinating measures for sustainable problem solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Vehicle Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- MS Office, at least basic knowledge of detailed functions
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in the field of brake pad, brake disc, and actuator development and applications desirable
- Good communication skills in cross-departmental collaboration
- Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness
- Ability to integrate into a team
- High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills
