Senior Expert License Management EA-1277

We are seeking a Senior Expert License Management to join our team in Meckenheim, Bonn. As a key interface between business units, customers, and the internal Software Asset Management (SAM) operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliant, technically sound, and commercially optimized software licensing within a complex IT service environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
• OR minimum 5 years of professional IT experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
• German language proficiency at C1 level (CEFR standard)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Service Management within complex IT environments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Service Delivery processes and ITIL-based service environments
• Proven experience working in structured service organizations with defined service modules and SLAs
