We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating external technical customer documentation, updating and maintaining existing technical documentation, and preparing technical content in a clear and structured manner. You will work with databases and content management systems and have good knowledge of technical documentation and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) as well as ÖAG requirements.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Technical Writer
- Initial professional experience as a Technical Writer
- Initial experience as a Technical Writer in the field of defense-related products
- Good knowledge of technical documentation and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) as well as ÖAG requirements
- Good knowledge of standards and regulations for defense and non-defense products (TDV, H011, M011, Machinery Directive, DIN EN 82079)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of electronic documentation creation
- Specialized knowledge in image editing and CAD
- Experience in working with databases
- Ability to work in a team
- Negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide
