DFIR Consultant

A digital forensics and incident response consultant is a professional with experience and knowledge in the field of cyber security. They possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of digital forensics, incident response, security risks and mitigation tactics.

Requirements

• Deliver client engagements as part of a team
• Creating reports or presentations for clients
• Advise management on risk residue, attackers' profile and motives and in general explain the incident and course of action accordingly
• Provide input for risk assessments, conduct security checks, providing remedies and mitigative measures
• Develop and execute security training for clients
• Collaborate with IT teams to execute containment and eradication strategy
