Lead Counsel

We are looking for a Lead Counsel to lead a team of attorneys and contract administrators in support of the Sales Team. The role will involve negotiating key contracts with customers and suppliers, developing procedures and processes to support appropriate controls and management of contract risk, and assisting with litigation and working with outside counsel as needed.

Requirements

• Proven work experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experienced team leader with record of standout successes
• Basic knowledge intellectual property law, SaaS agreements, computer law and privacy law
• Initiative, flexibility, ability to multi-task and re-prioritize work as necessary and good interpersonal skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com helpful
