Job Description
We are excited to have you join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst. You will be responsible for ensuring our mandated sales process is followed, providing sales operational support for all Global Sales, and maintaining account records on the Salesforce CRM system.
Requirements
- Previous experience using Salesforce CRM system
- Must be process driven and have exemplary accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Candidates will need strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to use initiative as well as work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong business work ethic
- MS Office particularly Word & Excel
- Proven office experience in a sales environment
- Spreadsheet and Database experience (preferred)
