As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping organisations protect their digital assets. You'll lead strategic engagement across a portfolio of high-value clients, uncovering opportunities and aligning our Software Resilience solutions with their business continuity needs.
Requirements
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across client organisations
- Lead strategic discovery calls with key stakeholders
- Identify and qualify new opportunities, close business, and support revenue growth
- Expand your account base by targeting new contacts in key verticals
- Develop and execute detailed account plans
- Utilise business systems including the CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Delivery, Contracts, Legal and Finance
- Leverage marketing resources to enhance client engagement
