SPD Installation and Service Technician - Dallas-Fort Worth

Chem-Aqua is seeking a top-tier talent to support our growth strategy as a SPD Installation and Service Technician. The primary goal of this role is to provide basic start-up, installation, and service of SPD critical water systems, ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of water purification systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or degree in engineering, water treatment, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of critical water purification systems.
• In-depth understanding of water purification systems, including Water Softeners, Filtration, Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Deionization (DI) systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to water treatment equipment and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare staff, facility management, and equipment manufacturers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to system installation, maintenance, and repair, including pressure gauges, multi-meters, and calibration tools.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
• Must have good depth perception and ability to distinguish different colors
• Must have hearing sufficient to hear verbal and audible signals at a moderate distance.
