Requirements

• Design and own LLM-powered internal tools
• Create TypeScript libraries & CLIs that let any QA/SDET generate deterministic, coverage-driven tests from code contracts, state charts, and interaction recordings
• Instrument the CI/CD pipeline to auto-triage failures, de-flake tests, and surface cost/performance metrics
• Pair with product squads to embed agents into everyday workflows
• Prototype quickly, measure impact, and iterate weekly—shipping is learning
• Uphold security & privacy best practices for all AI data flows
