Service Desk Agent L1- Italian Speaker responsible for resolving recurring or standard problems with customers, working with NCR and 3rd party Vendor technicians, and providing technical support and assistance to clients and businesses.

Requirements

• Proficient in Italian and English
• Computer literate with solid keyboard proficiency and a good understanding of Windows-based applications and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction
• Effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
