Job Description
Mobile Wave Solutions is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer (.NET) to define technical direction, shape architecture, and ensure the quality of their cloud-based platform. This hands-on role involves leadership through coding, code reviews, and mentorship, while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Backend Engineer working with .NET / C#
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS also relevant)
- Experience with asynchronous, distributed, or event-driven systems
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices
- Great communication skills and a collaborative, mentoring mindset
- Curiosity for learning new technologies, especially frontend frameworks like React
