Job Description
NDI Engineering Company is seeking a Project Lead Engineer to join their team and support design projects in their Thorofare, NJ, office. The ideal candidate will have experience in naval ship hull, mechanical and electrical systems, or power plant systems and possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. They will mentor and provide guidance to design developers.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training Certification (preferred)
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong leadership and communication skills
