We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in outbound patient coordination to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental, medical, or call center environment (dental experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software, and Google Workspace tools
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Goal-oriented and dependable with attention to detail
