Recruiter

We're hiring a Recruiter to support our growing pipeline at Nearshore Business Solutions, a lean startup working with clients across tech, finance, and professional services. The role involves sourcing and interviewing candidates to build and maintain our talent pool.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment agency or RPO environment
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Skilled in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and outreach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a startup or remote-first environment
• Self-driven with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
