Job Description
We are seeking a Red Team Consultant to lead a large-scale cybersecurity offensive exercise for one of our corporate clients. The objective is to evaluate and challenge their cybersecurity posture through realistic simulations of adversaries, infrastructure exploitation, evasion detection testing, and execution of advanced scenarios.
Requirements
- Mexican citizenship (mandatory)
- Proven experience in complex Red Team exercises or advanced penetration testing
- In-depth knowledge of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Mastery of offensive tools like Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, PowerShell, scripting (Python/Bash), and social engineering methodologies
- Ability to work methodically, document findings with precision, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to translate technical impacts into business-aligned recommendations
