Join Our Team as an Experienced EUC Engineer! We’re on the lookout for skilled EUC Engineers to deliver exceptional software support to our users.
Requirements
- Working in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
- Troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment
- MS Windows family of Operating Systems
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise features
- Experience with in-place upgrades and clean installs
- MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Desktop/LAN and Printer troubleshooting
- Diagnosing and resolving software issues
- Ability to use tools such as windows Event Viewer, Reliability Monitor and SetupDiag
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for recurring software issues
- Incident management tool
- User support, user training or LAN administration
- Knowledge of SOE principles and concepts
