Senior Application Engineer

Deliver NEC solutions into live operational service for emergency service products. Build, commission, and upgrade critical communications platforms, CAD systems, and provide coaching and technical support. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage tasks in Azure DevOps, and coach colleagues and provide technical support.

Requirements

• 2+ years in similar roles
• Experience in the operating IT systems for the Emergency Services sector
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience within project frameworks
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
