Job Description
Nelson Mullins is searching for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its product liability group in the Los Angeles - Torrance office. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience and feels confident defending product liability lawsuits.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of meaningful experience within the product liability/mass torts and/or commercial litigation fields
- Admitted to the California Bar (required)
- Well-versed in taking and defending depositions
- Prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions
