Corporate Associate - ECVC

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Corporate Associate to its Venture Capital and Technology group in its Atlanta office. The role will involve working with a team of attorneys who score top rankings in Global League Tables for representation of fast-growing venture-backed technology and life sciences companies and the funds that invest in them.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting
• emerging company and venture capital experience is strongly preferred
• admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia bar
• knowledgeable in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters
