Job Description
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Document Services Specialist to join our growing Document Services team to provide document support to all offices across U.S. time zones and practice areas. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who excels in advanced document support and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification, with MS Word skills
- Familiarity with applications such as NetDocs, Best Authority, Clear Brief, LegalMation, DocXTools, Kofax PDF, Litera Compare, Draftable Compare, and Microsoft Teams
- A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm or document support role
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is considered a plus
