Nelson Mullins is seeking a Legal Recruiting and Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on recruiting lateral associates and contract attorneys for our West Coast offices and will play a key part in attracting top legal talent to support our continued growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least three years of legal recruiting, law firm recruiting, or attorney staffing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
