Of Counsel / Commercial Litigation

Nelson Mullins is seeking an attorney to join its litigation team in the Downtown Los Angeles office, situated within walking distance of the central court system. The office is rapidly growing, offering experience in complex litigation, products liability, and consumer class actions, along with a diverse clientele across industries.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of meaningful experience in complex commercial litigation matters.
• Drafting and arguing discovery motions, dispositive motions, and/or class certification motions.
• Drafting and preparing pleadings and discovery, depositions, jury trials and bench trials.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Exceptional case management skills.
• Admittance to and good standing with the California Bar.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
