Of Counsel Opening - Litigation (San Diego or Los Angeles)

Nelson Mullins is seeking an attorney to join its litigation team in San Diego. The ideal candidate has strong complex civil and commercial litigation experience working in a mid-size or large law firm.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability
• Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions
• Manage document production
• Argue discovery and other motions
• Adept at case management
• First-rate communication and written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials, and admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
