Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong knowledge of pixels, event tracking, and audience targeting.
• Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns.
• Analytical skills with experience in Facebook Ads Manager reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with tracking and attribution.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Russian, written and verbal.
