Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of its local partners for a Recruitment Team Lead to join the HR Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, developing hiring plans, and improving recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Act as the primary strategic recruitment partner to business and operational leaders
- Own end-to-end recruitment outcomes (quality, time, cost) for the entire Customer Service division
- Develop and maintain accurate recruitment forecasts, capacity models, and hiring timelines for leadership visibility
- Lead, coordinate, and prioritize the daily work of Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Own, audit, and continuously improve all recruitment processes, documentation, and candidate experience touchpoints
- Ensure all recruitment activities and outputs strictly adhere to approved HR policies, legal frameworks, and compliance standards
