Neo Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their full-cycle recruitment efforts during a period of rapid growth. This role involves developing innovative sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and enhancing the employer brand to attract top-tier candidates. The Specialist will partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies to meet their objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
• Conversational English level.
• Strong expertise in Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS systems (Workable, Greenhouse, or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
