Salesforce Technical Lead (Uruguay)

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Salesforce projects at Neocol, combining technical expertise with solution design skills to create scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with the project team to ensure effective communication and technical precision, and will also fill the Release Manager role on projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident, self-assured, team-player, ambitious and driven
• Detail and quality oriented with the desire and ability to rapidly learn and implement new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Prior experience building technical artifacts
• Javascript, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce
• Experience integrating Web Services
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Architect
• Strong experience using APEX
• Experience with an array of design patterns
• Experience with test-driven development
• Prior experience executing deployments and use of DevOps tools
