Job Description
NeoGenomics is seeking a motivated Anatomic Pathology Supervisor to join their team in Fort Myers, FL. This role involves planning, coordinating, evaluating, and supervising all technical and operational activities within the Anatomic Pathology department. The position requires a commitment to quality assurance, safety, and accreditation and offers opportunities for career development and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related science field.
- 1+ year experience/training in assigned specialty (for a Bachelor’s) or at least 4 years of clinical laboratory experience.
- Master’s degree or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- HTL/HTI certification (ASCP or HTL) and FL state technician license.
