Job Description
NeoGenomics is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join their Flow department in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a full-time, temporary position with a commitment to continuous learning and growth within a dynamic environment. The role involves performing complex laboratory procedures and handling a variety of specimens.
Requirements
- Perform clinical laboratory tests proficiently in the department under general supervision
- Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing
- Maintain accurate and complete records of testing performed on-site
- Determine acceptability of specimens for testing and identify specimen related problems
- Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures
- Prepare stock solutions and reagents
- Document all corrective actions taken
- Experience with certification (ASCP, FL, CA, TN)
